1) The bible

This is probably the slam dunk of arguments. If there was no God, how can there be a book written by him? As we know, God cannot lie as His holiness makes it impossible for him to do so (Isaiah 6:3). The Bible is God’s Word (1 Thessalonians 2:13) and God says He is the Word (John 1:1) therefore the Bible must be true. Here we have the bible itself, written by God Himself, given to us as a living testament to His existence. There’s no other way around it. God exists because the Bible says so.

2) Near death experiences

There are many people who in a moment of impending death have an out-of-body experience in which they visit the afterlife and often have an encounter with heavenly beings including God Himself. In fact, these are so common they have been given the scientific term “near death experiences”. The apostle Paul had a near death experience himself (2 Corinthians 12:2-5) so we know there is scriptural evidence for this. From these experiences we can safely conclude that heaven is for real and that God definitely exists.

3) A banana

Ok, let me explain. This ironclad argument shows how God has designed all of His creation to be in perfect harmony with man (Genesis 1:26). There are many examples of this in the world today including the humble banana, otherwise known as the atheists worst nightmare. Think about it, a banana and a human hand are perfectly made for one another. They have a non slip surface, a tab at the top for easy opening and a curved shape that makes for easy consumption. If there are bananas, there must be a God. Simple.

4) The watch

Have you ever looked inside a watch? If you have, you will have seen the complexity of its inner workings. It is inconceivable that any human could possibly come up with something so beautifully and intricately designed. All the delicate and precise parts of a watch could never have randomly come together by accident so there must be an infinitely
intelligent creator who is behind it all. God knows everything (1 John 3:20) so we know that He is the only possible explanation for how the watch came into existence.

5) Even the Devil believes

The Devil is God’s adversary (1 Peter 5:8), yet we also know that the Devil believes in God’s existence (James 2:19). This begs the question; why would the Devil hate God if God didn’t actually exist? We also know that God created the Devil (John 1:3). But how could God have done this if he didn’t exist Himself in the first place? This makes no logical sense. The bible says that only fools doubt God’s existence (Psalm 14:1), the Devil is no fool (John 12:31), therefore he must be right in his assertion that God exists. Case closed.
